Introduction

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Provide only truthful and accurate information during registration and account maintenance.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) when requested.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Immediately notify gan88 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification

gan88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gan88 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made from an account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000. Users may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB).

3.3 Currency

All transactions on gan88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Exchange rate conversion fees may apply if you use a payment method denominated in a different currency.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request submission, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

gan88 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is insufficient.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal request exceeds your available balance or violates withdrawal limits.
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other irregular betting patterns.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

gan88 does not charge fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount. Your payment provider may impose additional transaction fees beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

gan88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount and must be completed within the specified validity period (usually 14-30 days). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10-20%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gan88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. gan88 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, incorrect odds, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement, dead heat rules, postponed events, and abandoned matches. Official results as determined by the relevant governing body are used for settlement purposes. Bets are typically settled within 24 hours of event conclusion, though some markets may take longer depending on official result confirmation.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. All games follow standard international rules for the respective game type (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.). Dealer decisions are final. In cases of technical disconnection during a game round, the hand will be completed automatically and results will be visible in your game history once reconnection is established.

6.4 Lottery Games

For togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) and other lottery products, draw times and result publication follow official schedules. Winning numbers are obtained from official sources and results are final. Bets placed after the official cutoff time for a particular draw will be applied to the next available draw.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Colluding with other players or using automated betting systems (bots).
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using stolen payment methods.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

13. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.

15. Amendments

gan88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
